Inter/ Adv - Week of Dec.18th
Your priority this week should be Programing. Everyone should complete the Developing level of programing for their area of choice.
I will be coming around for a interview to give you a preliminary mark in all 5 credits.
For TD reassessment:
- Take a multi part design
- Export tile blocks for each component
- Export a tile block for it assembled
- Exemplary Example
FOCUS THIS WEEK:
Identify sensor control systems and subsystems used in robotic systems Explain sensory control circuits and components used in the robotic control system
Operate and demonstrate the capabilities of a robotic system equipped with sensor controls
Evidence in portfolio:

Robotics Research Projects are due at the end of the week in a Robotics Research Folder. All Parts:
For part 3 you should document your process:
- your design process
- iterations
- difficulties
- what worked & what didn't
- the code for your robot
All CAD designed parts should also be put in proper engineering design tile blocks and uploaded to your TDD folder.
You should have a prototype and/or be incorporating a motor and a control system by now.

RRP checklist for completion
Non-FTC Robot:
Research on history of one system answering:
What is the history behind the company developing the robot?
What is the history behind the robot itself?
Is the robot teach-pendant(remote controlled) or autonomous?
What role does the robot fill that humans can’t? Why can’t humans fill that role?
What features or subsystems make this robot unique?
Presentations should include imagery as well as video where appropriate.
