We will be finishing Module 1 - If you have any unfinished projects you will have time to work through them this week
Make sure you have uploaded all of your technical drawings as pdfs, have submitted your AutoCAD drawing files. Be ready to show your work in one on one interviews.
New Projects this week:
- Robotics Research Projects are due
- Make sure you have updated your folders with:
- Part 1
- Part 2
- Description of your Design Process including pictures of final project
- Technical Drawings
- Fusion Files
- f3d
- stp
- gcode
- Bill of Materials
- Photos of your 3d prints (can be in your design process information)
- Code for your input and response
- Be ready for one on one interviews this week for the project.

Ed Matters Scholarships
Ed Matters Scholarships
We received an email outlining Ed Matters scholarships. I know they are applicable to our 12s.
For the 11s and 10s I always recommend making a big list of scholarships. Hunting for them in 10 and 11 helps you prepare for them in 12. Also applying to everything even if you slightly don't match is good as if they don't have many applicants you might just get it.

On behalf of Education Matters I am sending out these CTS/Skilled Trades related scholarship opportunities. Included is the launch of a new award for award for students who are enrolling in post-secondary trade/vocational programs by January 2025. This award is called the “Student Further Education Career Launch Bursary” Typically some of these do not get a lot of applicants and Ed Matters is keen to award ALL of them.
The opportunities above include:

Kermet Archibald Jacoba Van den Brink Entrance Bursary
